What this is
PSD Scotland (The Common Services Agency) is conducting a Preliminary Market Consultation (PMC) — NOT a formal procurement — to explore existing and emerging digital solutions for redesigning medicines workflows across NHS Scotland. The PMC focuses on two linked areas: (a) routine medicines tasks such as repeat prescribing, and (b) medicines reconciliation at care transitions. Organisations of any type and size from the UK, EU and EEA are welcome to respond by 5 June 2026. This notice does not commit the authority to any procurement.
