What this is

East Renfrewshire Council has published a Prior Information Notice for early market engagement regarding the future procurement of an independent assessment of the efficiency, effectiveness and long-term sustainability of its Housing Services and Housing Revenue Account (HRA). Although a 30-year HRA Business Plan is in place, the Council wishes to obtain independent assurance and identify opportunities for improvement, innovation and value for money. The indicative scope may include strategic and benchmarking reviews of housing services, repairs and voids, factoring, stores/materials management and sheltered housing. This is market engagement only and does not commit the Council to a procurement process.
