What this is
Public Services Delivery Scotland (on behalf of NHS Greater Glasgow & Clyde and NHS Golden Jubilee) is seeking partners capable of delivering fully funded renewable energy solutions (e.g. solar PV, battery storage, EV chargers) through Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) across 19 NHS hospital sites. The goal is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 75% by 2030 versus a 1990 baseline, with net-zero by 2040. No capital expenditure is required from the Health Boards; suppliers must self-fund the technology. This is a Prior Information Notice; the formal contract notice was expected around 10 April 2027.
