The City of Edinburgh Council, governed by the Edinburgh Children's Partnership (ECP), is providing advance notice that the current Community Mental Health framework is ending in October 2026, and future Community Mental Health services will be procured via a mini competition under the Council's Accredited Pathways for Children and Community Therapies (APCCT) framework. The procurement covers two lots (Lot 1 Mental Health Interventions, Lot 2 Therapeutic Interventions) with an estimated total value of £900,000. Service providers not yet on the APCCT framework were urged to join by 8 April 2026 at 9am. GPA does not apply. The formal contract notice was expected around 10 June 2026.
