Renfrewshire Council is seeking a highly experienced company to deliver and install Hostile Vehicle Mitigation (HVM) barriers and equipment for various public events across Renfrewshire over a two-year period (2026-2028), including the Paisley Halloween Festival, Paisley and Renfrew Christmas Lights Switch-On, Paisley Food and Drink Festival, and SMA Shot Day.
