The Scottish Government's Domestic Climate Change Division is seeking a service provider to carry out research into the reporting of scope 3 'Group 2' greenhouse gas emissions by Scottish public bodies, covering purchased goods and services, capital assets, upstream/downstream leased assets, upstream transportation and investments. The research aims to establish consistent and proportionate data collection methodologies, recommended timeframes for implementation, and instructions for public bodies on data requirements.
