City of Glasgow College is establishing a framework agreement for the provision of STCW-compliant Tanker Training Services, delivered by MCA-approved providers, to support maritime cadet programmes and operational resilience. Who can bid
Training providers must hold current MCA approval for STCW tanker training (oil, chemical, and/or liquefied gas). Delivery must comply with STCW and MCA course criteria. Providers must maintain valid MCA approval throughout the contract period. No minimum volume of business is guaranteed.
