Who can bid

Training providers must hold current MCA approval for STCW tanker training (oil, chemical, and/or liquefied gas). Delivery must comply with STCW and MCA course criteria. Providers must maintain valid MCA approval throughout the contract period. No minimum volume of business is guaranteed.
