What this is
LHC Procurement Group, on behalf of the Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA), is developing the Windows and Doors framework WD3 for Scotland. The framework will retain three lots: Lot 1 (PVC-U windows and doors), Lot 2 (Timber windows and doors), and Lot 3 (Aluminium-clad timber windows and doors), with enhanced specifications, regulatory requirements, and competency criteria versus the current WD2 framework. The estimated total framework value is £60,000,000 excluding VAT. The Contract Notice/ITT is expected 15 April 2026.
