What this is
NHS National Services Scotland (NSS), acting as a central purchasing body for NHS Scotland, is issuing a Prior Information Notice for a multi-lot framework for the supply, installation, commissioning and ongoing maintenance of decontamination equipment across all NHS Scotland sites (including independent dental contractors). The framework covers 9 lots: CDU Washers, CDU Sterilisers (steam/vapour), CDU Low Temperature Sterilisers, EDU Endoscopy Washer Disinfectors, EDU Controlled Environment Storage Cabinets, Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment, LDU Washers, LDU Sterilisers, and Laboratory Sterilisers. Who can bid
PIN stage only. Suppliers must be able to supply, install, commission and maintain CE/UKCA-marked decontamination equipment compliant with EU MDR 2017/745 and relevant BS/ISO standards. Full eligibility criteria will be in the forthcoming contract notice and ITT.
