What this is
The National Records of Scotland (NRS) is seeking to appoint contractors to provide Professional Estate Management Services through a framework agreement. The contractor and its team must have specialist knowledge in estates and facilities management, with particular experience in archival stores, controlled environments, and listed buildings. The estimated framework value is £1,300,000 excluding VAT, and other Scottish Government organisations may be named as additional buyers. The Contract Notice is expected 1 April 2026.

Who can bid
