Aberdeenshire Council intends to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) framework of contractors for the delivery of Lifecycle Component Replacement projects across its estate. Who can bid

Contractors across multiple trades (M&E, roofing, joinery, electrical, civils etc.) are eligible to apply to the DPS. Register via PCS-T. DPS re-opens after the initial closing date for ongoing applications.

How it is scored

Individual mini-competitions will be run from the DPS for specific lifecycle projects. Mini-competition criteria will be specified at call-off stage.

Money

Estimated total value GBP 4.5 million across all lifecycle works over the DPS term. Recent examples include boiler upgrades, window and roof replacements, electrical rewires, and external resurfacing.

How to submit

Apply via PCS-T (Public Contracts Scotland Tender). The DPS is a rolling framework; initial application deadline is not the final opportunity to join. Supplier training available through SDP.
