Aberdeenshire Council is procuring a Community Based Information and Advice service to deliver high-quality, free, independent, and accessible personal advice, representation, and advocacy to Aberdeenshire citizens on a range of topics. The provider must deliver Type I, Type II, and Type III services in accordance with the Scottish National Standards for Information and Advice Providers (SNSIAP) 2009 and comply with Scottish Legal Aid Board (SLAB) accreditation schemes. The estimated contract value is £1,500,000 excluding VAT. The Contract Notice was expected 19 December 2025.
