The Scottish Procurement Alliance (SPA), managed by LHC Procurement Group, is conducting pre-tender market engagement for the upcoming Windows and Doors (WD3) Framework, covering the manufacture, supply and installation of PVC-U, timber and aluminium clad windows and doors.
