East Renfrewshire Council's Health and Social Care Partnership (HSCP) requires a suitably qualified consultant or agency to deliver a strategic needs assessment and comprehensive high-level analysis of demographic, planning, socioeconomic and health data for East Renfrewshire. The output will include a publishable strategic needs assessment, strategic housing needs assessment, market position statement and full HSCP needs assessment. The estimated value is £30,000. This is a two-stage process (PIN for expressions of interest, then Quick Quote).

Consultants must be suitably qualified with experience in strategic needs assessment and health/social care commissioning analysis. The HSCP will review all expressions of interest and select only those best meeting requirements for Stage 2 (Quick Quote).
