What this is

Fife Council is conducting pre-tender market engagement for a pilot service to help prevent homelessness by addressing relationship breakdown in family homes. The contract is split into two lots: Lot 1 (Early Intervention — public awareness campaign) and Lot 2 (Relationship Coaching Support — direct family coaching via referral from Housing Services or public campaign). The formal contract notice is expected January 2026.
