ANGUSalive, the culture, sport and leisure trust for Angus, issued a Prior Information Notice ahead of a tender for the operation of four cafe concessions within its leisure venues (Brechin Community Campus, Carnoustie Sports Centre, Forfar Community Campus and Montrose Sports Centre). The concessionaire must provide a consistent cafe service aligned with venue opening hours, offer affordable and healthy menus, and support community wellbeing and sustainability. The initial contract period is three years with the option to extend by up to two further one-year periods (maximum five-year term). An ITT went live in December 2025.
