What this is
NHS National Services Scotland (Scottish National Blood Transfusion Service - SNBTS) is seeking to procure a Blood & Tissue Establishment Computerised System (BTECS) to replace its existing system. The system must support donor-to-patient functions across all SNBTS regional facilities in Scotland, including blood and tissue establishment management, hospital transfusion laboratory functions, and H&I services. The formal tender is expected to be published approximately August 2026.
