What this is
The Scottish Government's Offshore Wind Directorate requires long-term hosting, maintenance and development of the Cumulative Effects Framework (CEF) - a digital tool used to estimate cumulative effects of offshore windfarms on key environmental receptors. The contractor will migrate the CEF to a new secure platform, manage data stores (including seabird census data), and maintain the system for use in offshore wind project environmental assessments. The Scottish Government conducted early market engagement (virtual supplier event, September 2025).
