What this is

Aberdeen City Council is establishing an Internal Works to Houses Framework (CRN00039603) for planned maintenance and modernisation of its housing stock over the period 2026–2030. A maximum of three pre-qualified and ranked contractors will be appointed to the framework, which covers internal refurbishment works including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, flooring, electrical, plumbing, heating, painting and decoration.
