Cladding Remediation - Supplier Event

What this is
The Scottish Government is hosting two Supplier Events (24 July 2025, Victoria Quay, Edinburgh) to support the next stage of cladding remediation under the Housing (Cladding Remediation) (Scotland) Act 2024. The first event (10am) targets project managers, building contractors with a cladding/facade focus and quantity surveyors; the second (1:30pm) targets fire engineers, waking watch and fire alarm suppliers. The events provide an overview of the requirement, minimum qualifications, likely procurement process and timelines, and help the Government understand the supplier market.
