The Bernard Leach (St Ives) Trust Ltd invites tenders from experienced contractors to deliver interpretation/exhibition fit-out works across the Leach Pottery heritage site in St Ives, Cornwall, as part of a £10 million capital redevelopment funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund. The appointed contractor acts as Principal Designer and Principal Contractor for setworks/3D elements, display showcases, graphics/2D elements and exhibition lighting across Grade II listed and new-build spaces. Estimated value £375,000-£400,000 excluding VAT under a JCT ICD 2024 contract.
