What this is

Arc Property Services Partnership (a JV between Scape Group and Nottinghamshire County Council) is establishing a framework for scaffolding services on an as-and-when-required basis across its property portfolio and transport infrastructure. Managed under an NEC4 Framework Contract, the scope covers scaffold design and drawings, supply of materials, erection, inspection, alteration, maintenance, dismantling and removal, including various scaffold types and safety features. The framework will appoint a maximum of 2 suppliers, run for up to 4 years, and is capped at GBP 1,500,000 (inc. VAT) with no guaranteed volume.
