What this is

North of England Commissioning Support (NECS), on behalf of NHS England (North East and Yorkshire) and NHS England South West, intends to follow the Most Suitable Provider (MSP) process to award contracts for a Health Visitor Vaccination Pathfinder Project to enhance routine childhood immunisation uptake for 0-5 year olds across three lots: Lot 1 North East Lincolnshire, Lot 2 Hull and East Riding, Lot 3 Somerset. MSPs must hold a current commissioned Health Visitor Service Contract with the relevant Local Authority for the lot, or they will fail the assessment. Contracts run for an initial 14 months from 1 February 2026 to 31 March 2027, with options to extend in 12-monthly increments.
