What this is
North Lanarkshire Council intends to establish a Framework Agreement for ad-hoc minibus and coach provision to supplement existing arrangements managed by Strathclyde Passenger Transport for school pupil transport (before/after school drop-offs and pickups) and transport for pupils with Additional Support Needs. Interested contractors should demonstrate proven experience in flexible on-demand passenger transport, a strong health and safety and safeguarding record, environmental awareness, financial stability and appropriate insurance cover. This is a Prior Information Notice to help develop the requirement.
