Subcontractors must be willing to act as Main Contractor, be a Verified Constructionline GOLD member with subcontracting shown in the relevant Work Category and a Verified Building Safety Act - Standard Construction, be capable of MOD SFG20 and BIM Level 2 working, and comply with DefStan 05-138 where MoD Identifiable Information is handled. Successful bidders must pass a PQQ, accept Amey terms, and meet MoD Security Requirements.
