What this is
Amey (delivering the DIO's Regional Accommodation Maintenance Service for the Central Region) invites Expressions of Interest for asbestos management surveys of Service Family Accommodation in the Central region (East/West). The surveying contractor must conduct management surveys per HSE HSG264 (2012) under UKAS ISO/IEC 17020:2012 accreditation, with requirements for re-inspection, sampling and air testing. Work is mainly in occupied properties, surveyors must hold or obtain BPSS clearance, and the contractor must pass a PQQ and meet MoD security requirements.
