What this is
Amey (delivering the DIO's Future Defence Infrastructure Services / RAMS) invites Expressions of Interest from subcontractors to act as Main Contractor for external refurbishments to 21 Service Family Accommodation properties at Marham (Central Region East, FY2026/27). The scope includes external wall insulation, rendered garage finishes, new roof coverings and loft insulation, soffits/fascias/rainwater goods, chimney demolition, new acoustic doors/windows, lintel replacement, canopy and fencing/gate replacement, itemised electrical works and selected boiler renewals. Stringent eligibility requirements apply including Constructionline Gold and MoD security standards.
