KBS Maritime (Portsmouth Naval Base) is seeking a contractor for roof remedials to the Wardroom (ref BLD0335-01), a Grade II listed building in a conservation area. The contractor must prepare a detailed specification and scope of works from the initial roof survey to achieve a minimum 25-year lifespan, including detailing, flashings and rainwater goods, with removal/replacement of water-damaged waterproofing back to a firm substrate and finishes matching original materials.
