NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board are seeking qualified and experienced providers to deliver Adult and Children & Young People (CYP) ADHD and Autism Service(s) across Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country. Arden & Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (AGCSU) is running a Direct Award Process B (DAP B) exercise on behalf of the commissioners under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. The ICBs intend to award zero-volume, zero-value contracts to all successful providers, with activity indicated via Indicative Activity Plans rather than guaranteed.

Who can bid

12 months, with the commissioner having the option to extend for up to a further 12 months plus a further 12 months (potentially up to 36 months total).
