What this is
West Dunbartonshire Health and Social Care Partnership is conducting pre-tender engagement for an upcoming Flexible Framework for Adult Support Services ('Foundations for Change'). The outcomes-based framework, underpinned by Self Directed Support principles, will support adults aged 18-65 with learning disabilities, complex needs, physical disabilities, cognitive impairment, sensory impairment and/or mental health challenges to live independently in their community. It covers SDS Option 2 and Option 3 packages (excluding short breaks/respite and day centre services); providers select the user groups they can support via the ITT. Estimated value GBP 69,500,000.
