What this is

The London Borough of Newham has established a Pseudo-Dynamic Purchasing System (PDPS) for externally commissioned children's care, accommodation and support services. Who can bid

Contract period

PDPS operates for its full lifetime with rounds opening and closing at the Authority's discretion.
