What this is
NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire Integrated Care Board (the ICB) is seeking initial market engagement and feedback to deliver a Learning Disabilities and Autism (LDA) engagement service. The contract holder would support people with lived experience of LDA to engage in admission avoidance to secure hospitals (including CETR panels/training), tackling health inequalities, and the LeDeR programme, to help reduce health inequalities. Providers should have a physical presence in the area and demonstrate strong, multi-year community engagement across both Herefordshire and Worcestershire localities.
