This early engagement notice from the Department for Education (DfE) notifies the market of a forthcoming market engagement event regarding a potential procurement of an experienced Delivery Partner to develop, in partnership with DfE, best-practice guidance to operate and set up SEN units, resourced provision and pupil support units ('bases') within mainstream schools. The guidance will be DfE guidance hosted on gov.uk, developed over a six-month period via facilitated working group sessions. The Delivery Partner will be selected via the ECSC Dynamic Procurement System (JAGGAER). Who can bid
