What this is

NHS Midlands and Lancashire Commissioning Support Procurement Unit is issuing this Market Engagement Notice on behalf of NHS Herefordshire and Worcestershire ICB, which is seeking initial engagement and feedback to establish potential interest in delivering a Dementia Post-Diagnostic Support Service. The service will offer a range of support and information for those diagnosed with dementia and their carers, both immediately after diagnosis and onwards, delivered flexibly to adapt to the changing needs of the person, carer and family. The service will commence on 1 April 2026 for 3 years with an option to extend by a further two years.
