What this is

Social Care Wales is seeking a suitably experienced and qualified supplier to design, develop and deliver a Level 4 Leadership and Management programme for the Early Years and Childcare (EYCC) sector, aligned to the Level 4 CCPLD Preparing for Leadership and Management qualification and relevant National Occupational Standards. The programme aims to strengthen leadership capacity and workforce sustainability by increasing successful completion of the qualification, improving progression into leadership roles and supporting workforce retention. There is a budget of GBP 29,999 (inclusive of VAT).
