REPLACE LLANARMON D.C VILLAGE HALL FLOORING: RE-TENDER

What this is

Ceiriog Uchaf Community Council (Contract Notice, single stage, WORKS) is re-tendering the replacement of approximately 1175 m2 of flooring at Llanarmon DC Village Hall, Llangollen. The works include stripping out and disposing of the existing floor, then laying a new build-up of MOT stone sub-base, concrete foundation, C24 timber joists, DPC membrane, fibreglass insulation, structural plywood and a natural lacquered oak engineered floating floor with skirting boards. Funded under the UK Pride in Place Grant scheme, tenders must not exceed the GBP 42,000 grant (excluding VAT). Works run from 1 October to 31 December 2026.
