DERBY CITY COUNCIL is seeking suppliers for: ENQ1290 - Heritage Impact Assessment - Emerging Local Plan Allocations. Derby City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced consultant to undertake proportionate Heritage Impact Assessment (HIA) of a selection of site allocations included in the emerging Local Plan.
