Careers Wales is tendering for the refurbishment of part of its Bridgend office at Derwen House, Court Road, Bridgend. The works include softstrip, floor coverings, ceilings, partitions/wall lining/door sets, timber skirting, decoration, electrical/small power, fire signage, lighting, ventilation, a tea point, glazed manifestation, tiling and a disabled toilet pack. The project is notifiable under CDM 2015; the successful contractor is the principal contractor and must undertake an asbestos R&D survey and arrange a site visit.
