What this is

Barcud Shared Services is establishing an 8-year open framework (BSS26007) for roofing and solar works across Wales, split into three lots: Lot 1 Pitched Roofs, Lot 2 Flat Roofs, and Lot 3 Solar Installation and Repair. The framework covers supply, installation and repair of roofs and solar panels. Contractors may bid for any number of lots, and call-offs are made via direct awards or mini-competitions. The estimated total value is GBP 32,000,000 excluding VAT.

Who can bid

Open to contractors meeting the economic conditions of participation as per the ITT. There is no maximum number of lots a contractor may bid for. SME and VCSE participation is encouraged.
