Supported Accommodation - Security and Concierge Services

What this is

Cardiff Council is tendering for Security and Concierge Services across fourteen supported accommodation sites in Cardiff, including single and family accommodation, managed properties and a specialist young person's model. This is not a traditional security contract: officers work alongside support staff to promote safety, wellbeing and stability for vulnerable residents, delivering the service in a psychologically and trauma-informed way. The contract is a single-supplier framework with call-off contracts, valued at approximately GBP 3,700,000, running 1 year with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
