What this is

Cyngor Gwynedd is procuring: Assertiveness Training. Gwynedd Council needs to commission a provider to provide Assertiveness Training to its staff. Many of our staff have difficulty in expressing their views or setting boundaries in a clear way, leading to misunderstandings, stress or overload. This training will help to develop confidence and communication skills that enable individuals to deal with challenging situations in an informed and respectful manner.
