Building on the 2025 survey for trend consistency, the supplier will review and host the survey securely (bilingual Welsh/English, accessible, UK/EEA data storage), lead communications, analyse anonymised data, and deliver a concise bilingual report (5-10 pages) and datasets aligned with Welsh Government priorities.
