Barcud Shared Services (a housing public undertaking) ran an open-procedure UK4 Contract Notice (ref BSS26001, now expired) to establish an 8-year open Electrical Services Framework with two lots: Lot 1 - Electrical Inspection, Testing and Solar PV Inspections (EICRs, formal reporting, PV testing) and Lot 2 - Electrical Rewiring Works (full/partial rewires, consumer unit replacement, earthing/bonding upgrades, fire detection, testing and certification), delivered to domestic and void properties. No maximum number of lots a contractor may bid for. Total estimated value GBP 16,000,000 excluding VAT (Lot 1 GBP 4m, Lot 2 GBP 12m). Framework runs July 2026 to July 2029 (extendable to 2034). Deadline 1 June 2026.
