What this is
Social Care Wales (Speculative Notice, SERVICES) is seeking a skilled supplier to deliver further DDP PACE training to approximately five to seven local authorities in Wales (returning authorities opening new residential children's homes and authorities new to the offer). The successful supplier must be registered with DDP Connects UK as a DDPI-approved trainer/consultant/practitioner, have demonstrable experience with looked-after children in residential settings, and knowledge of the Welsh public sector. Training is delivered in person over two consecutive days per authority, followed by six months of virtual therapeutic consultation (four 2-hour team sessions and four 1-hour management sessions) and an end-of-intervention evaluation report. Strong emphasis on sustainability.
