What this is

Skyline Swansea Limited (Speculative Notice, WORKS) published a pre-qualification (PQQ) stage for the Ancillary Buildings package of its Skyline Swansea adventure tourism development at Kilvey Hill, Swansea (gondolas, zipline, luge, sky swing, mountain bike trails, food & beverage facilities, etc.), targeting BREEAM Excellent. Skyline (working with Omisa as Employers Agents) is establishing a local supply chain for the construction phase (Spring 2026 to 2028 opening) and invites local contractors to complete PQQs via the Procore portal so pricing documentation can be issued. The Ancillary Buildings PQQ was to be returned by 10 April 2026.
