Training Framework: Supporting the development of compassionate leaders in social care

What this is

Social Care Wales is developing a training framework of expert speakers and trainers to deliver online workshops and training on leadership development for managers and leaders working in social care, underpinned by compassionate-leadership principles. Suppliers will develop and deliver half-day, full-day or multi-session workshops across four topic areas (emotional intelligence and leadership presence; communication and speaking up; psychological safety and team culture; and moral injury, ethics and values). This is a preliminary market engagement notice, with an online engagement session held on 17 April 2026 ahead of a future tender.
