What this is
The Port of Mostyn Limited (Speculative Notice, WORKS) is looking to develop a new Heavy Lift facility on its existing quay to enable large cranes (300-3000 tonne capacity) to operate, supporting import/export of heavy items for the offshore wind and other industries. The proposed facility is a 25 x 20 metre heavy lift pad formed of reinforced concrete founded on approximately 30 piles of 500-600 tonne capacity. The award procedure is estimated to start 16 February 2026.
