WWF-UK is seeking a research consultant or consultancy company to conduct a mixed-methods evaluation of the 'WWF Routine' live experience at three Butlins holiday venues (Bognor Regis, Minehead, Skegness) during June to early September 2026. Who can bid
Consultants and consultancy companies with demonstrated experience in evaluation of live experiences, visitor attractions, and family-facing public engagement in education, culture, or entertainment settings. Financial and Terms Proposal 45% (total cost and contractual terms); Services Proposal 45% (alignment between WWF-UK requirement and vendor capacity, methodology, delivery approach); Company Profile and Values including Sustainability Approach 10% (evidence of proactively reducing impact on the planet).
Money
Estimated project value: GBP 20,000. Pricing must be in GBP, inclusive of all costs, with VAT breakdown if applicable. Fees must be fully itemised with day rates and capped fees where possible. NGO discounts should be shown separately.
Performance guarantee
Contract requires professional indemnity insurance, product liability insurance, and public liability insurance with a reputable insurance company. Compliance with Supplier Code of Conduct and WWF-UK supplier policies required. All contracted suppliers must register on Coupa PO and invoice system.

Submission must include service proposal (experience, resources, past projects, key personnel CVs, methodology, timeline, progress tracking mechanisms, scope and outcome material), financial proposal (pricing in GBP, clearly itemised with day rates and cost per project element), and confirmation of acceptance of WWF-UK terms and conditions.
