Consultancy Services - Care at Home ECM Readiness

What this is

Argyll and Bute Council, on behalf of the Argyll and Bute Integration Joint Board, is seeking a management consultant to support the streamlining, standardisation and optimisation of its Care at Home operational processes in preparation for introducing an Electronic Care Monitoring (ECM) system. The aim is to ensure current processes and ways of working are efficient, consistent and aligned to the ECM to maximise the benefits of the investment. The contract runs for 18 months with an option to extend by up to 6 months.
