South Lanarkshire Council, Housing and Technical Resources, Property Services is appointing a specialist contractor for kitchen canopy cleaning and associated ductwork across 140 locations throughout South Lanarkshire, including primary schools, Council headquarters, social work establishments and leisure facilities. The works cover a full clean of the kitchen canopy, grease filters, plenums, channels, ductwork and extract fan, required annually at each location plus a further canopy clean during the year. Installation, replacement or repair of canopy access doors may also be required, and a post-service report including pre-clean and post-clean images must be provided on completion. The estimated value is around GBP 584,463.
